The Leonard's have been Home Providers since 1972. We promote the concept of person-centered planning. This enables the consumer to give input into the decision-making process in an effort to achieve self-sufficiency. It is the desire that all employees function as role models to foster interdependent support to other group members.

The purpose and mission of Phoenix Residential Services Inc. is to provide a home setting for the care of mentally ill adults. It is the corporation's position to deliver the services in the least restrictive environment possible that will maximize the social and psychological growth of the consumers in the facility. Our objective is to assist each consumer in their daily living skills, teaching and guiding each consumer in the area of maintenance, such as living environment, shopping, preparing and meeting their daily needs.
